Always love DQ! This one is always jammed and gets you in and out quickly. Too bad is so close to our house. Not good for the waistline!

Hey I love Ice Cream I love all kinds of ice cream. So I go to Dairy Queen in Shelby Twp 25 mile I kinda know what to expect. The place is clean and new the service is not up to my last visits. But most of all the product was not up to the standards that we have had come to expect. It's not the price $5.90 for two items it the lack of product. Small portions and a very small topping. Charge for the product but give them a fair value for the money.

My favorite DQ thus far. Staff is friendly and quick! When you pull up and see a line out the door, have no fear, this DQ is fast!!!

Unusual to say the least. Everyone orders, then goes & sits at a table while they wait for the staff to make it & then call it out? Then I purchased a 6 pack of dilly bars & a gift card Gal was processing everything just fine , then a BOSSY gal comes up, interrupts the process tries to place my gift card back in the display & does NOT activate my gift card until I remind her. Then scolds girl #1 for not activating gift card first?!? Place is a bottleneck operation .

This Dairy Queen is a disgrace to the chain! We have been here a few times and have always overlooked the issues... the dirtiness of the dining area, the staff be abrupt and more concerned about their friends than the customers, or how slow they really are... but tonight was the last time. It's sad, because I always like supporting small local businesses, but the problem sometimes with small business is there is no accountability. When we had an issue today, the owner walked out, asked the girl who screwed up everything if she had told us we would have to wait, and the girl lied to her and told her yes. We were not told there would be a long wait, until after we had received half our order. So now, here we are standing here with melting ice cream waiting for the other half of our order. How does this make sense? The owner then walked away and refused to talk to us. When I asked to see her, I was told she was busy, and that was it. I could not believe that this woman was too busy to come back out of the office and speak to a customer. A simple "I'm sorry" would have settled the whole situation, but instead she elected to ignore the whole thing. The lines are out the door at other establishments, but not here any longer, and I guess I know why... if you want to really enjoy a DQ, I suggest the Utica location on Van Dyke, South of 21 Mile... and it has a drive-thru!!

One of the worst DQ's around. I have been here several times because they are close to where I live but I try to avoid going here if I have time to take the kids somewhere else. They are very skimpy with their toppings and the size of their blizzards. Expect the blizzard to be level or below the rim of the cup with about half the toppings most DQ's put in their blizzards.
